These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of Geo Creator Pro, a digital training program sold by AVMR MEDIA LLC, 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA (avmr.media.llc@gmail.com).
Geo Creator Pro is a digital video training course delivered entirely online. Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms in full.
The current price is $297 USD (launch price; standard price $597 USD). All prices are in US dollars. You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, import duties, or VAT in your jurisdiction.
We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card) and PayPal. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. No subscription or recurring billing is involved.
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds are offered once access has been granted, regardless of the reason. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16(m)), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied in non-material form where the consumer has expressly consented to the supply beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged the loss of that right.
By ticking the checkbox at checkout and completing your purchase, EU/EEA consumers expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that they waive their right of withdrawal.
All content within Geo Creator Pro — including videos, course materials, scripts, graphics, and methodologies — is the exclusive property of AVMR MEDIA LLC and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the course content for your own private use. You may not:
Access to Geo Creator Pro is provided via the platform specified at the time of purchase. Your login credentials are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. AVMR MEDIA LLC reserves the right to terminate access without refund if these Terms are violated.
Geo Creator Pro provides educational content and tools. Results described in marketing materials — including views, audience growth, and income — are illustrative examples and not typical. Your results will depend on your effort, dedication, and individual circumstances. AVMR MEDIA LLC makes no guarantee of specific outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AVMR MEDIA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the product — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Mexico, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your country of residence.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
